PRIVACY POLICY


Event Registration Data
We collect information about you during event registration. This information may include but is not limited to:
a) Your name
b) Billing address
c) Mailing address
d) Email address
e) Phone number
f) Location and traffic data (including partial IP address and browser type)
g) Any other details that might be requested from you for the purpose of processing your registration or ticket purchase

Handling this data also allows us to:

a) Send you important account/purchase/service information.
b) Respond to your queries, requests, or complaints.
c) Process payments securely and prevent fraudulent transactions. We do this on the basis of our legitimate business interests.
d) Set up and administer your account, provide technical and customer support, and to verify your identity.

Nevada Line Dance Association LLC respects your privacy and understands the trust you place in us to safeguard your personal information. You can be assured that any information you share with us is used only to conduct official Nevada Line Dance Association business. We do not sell or share your information with other companies to offer their products and services to you. To prevent unauthorized access to personal information and maintain data accuracy, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and administrative procedures to safeguard and secure the information we maintain.

Return/Refund Policy:

All sales are FINAL. BLISS Passes are NON-REFUNDABLE, but in the event a registrant can no longer attend, we will credit their purchase to the next year's BLISS event, as long as the request is made within a reasonable time prior to the event start date. Nevada Line Dance Association LLC maintains full rights to determine what is considered a "reasonable time." We strive to accommodate our users/customers as much as possible, so please ensure that a credit request is done no later than one month prior to the event start date. For more information, please contact us directly.

In the extremely rare/unlikely event that BLISS must be cancelled by the event directors, all BLISS tickets and other BLISS purchases will be fully refunded.

Billing Information
In order to process payments, we collect billing information on our site. Sensitive billing information is not stored on our server, but may be handled while in-transit to the payment processing server.

Masked billing information may potentially be stored on our servers (e.g. only the last 4 digits of credit card numbers are stored: **** **** **** 1234).

We will accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Payment Logging
Site administrators may keep a log of communications with the payment processors in order to verify payments are being processed correctly. These logs are automatically deleted after a week.

Event Registration Cookies
When you begin registering for an event and select a ticket quantity, a cookie may potentially be used to track your registration.

Email History Data
We keep a record of the emails sent to you. This is to ensure communication is successfully sent and its information is accurate.

Event Check-In Record
When you attend an event, an event manager may record the time you check in or out of the event.

Event Registration Data Retention
Personal data is stored at least until the date of the event and is typically deleted from our servers within 30 days of the last day of the event.

Event Registration Data Erasure and Export
You have the right to request your personal data be sent to you electronically, and the right to request your registration data be erased after the event. To do so, please contact the event manager or site administrator.

Cookies
Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.

We may use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.
