T-Shirts included with the Royal Flush pass purchases are not guaranteed with transfers. We will try to accommodate size/style changes up to the date in which shirt orders are sent; any time after, T-shirts will not be eligible for transfer with Royal Flush passes.

All-In, Evening Dance, Spectator, and Youth Passes are not eligible for transfer.

Transfer approval is at the discretion of BLISS Event Directors and approval is not guaranteed. Approval for pass transfer(s) must be received from event directors for transfer(s) to be valid.
